On this very unwinterlike sunny and warm day, how could I not go for a long run, and how could I not bring my camera? With a special "Law and Order" Playlist on the iPod (examples: Jailbreak, Running from the Devil, I Fought the Law and the Law Won, Have Mercy on the Criminal, Folsom Prison Blues, Jailhouse Rock), I did my favorite run along the waterfront up to (but not including) the Golden Gate Bridge.The mental game this run was "On The Lam." I imagined the fuzz were after me, and my quick sprinting was all that kept me from getting busted. Hey, I know it's crazy, but a runner's gotta keep motivated with such mind games!

Great pictures - seeing San Francisco from a resident's point of view. Who needs to even go jogging when we can sit on our tired asses and see your running pics? Thanks.
